Privacy Policy

We care about privacy. Like... a lot. That's kinda the whole point of this project.

1. What we store

We collect the absolute bare minimum to keep the server running and stop bad bots.

• IP Addresses: Stored temporarily in memory/logs for rate limiting (so the server doesn't melt). These are deleted automatically after a short period (usually within 24 hours).
  
  
• Cookies: Only session cookies. No tracking pixels, no "super-cookies", no spooky stuff.

2. What we share

Nothing.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't even have advertisers.
We are a hobby project. We trade in code and headpats, not user data.

3. Third Parties

When you watch a video, you only connect to our servers. This means, YoutuBe, Google or any other third party does NOT see your IP address or even get to know that you ever watched it.

However, if you click links in video descriptions that lead outside our instance, that's on you. The internet is wild, take this sword 🗡️.

Please be aware, that if you watch a video from an external PeerTube instance, you need to check their stance on privacy yourself.
